Human values Integrated Instructional Model was promoted by Dr. Art Ong Jumsai Na-Ayudha, B.A., M.A, D.I.C. as a Director of Institute of Sathya Sai Education, Thailand. It was beginning from his instuition. This concept was stand for several components, there are physical body and five senses, conscious mind, sub-conscious mind, super conscious mind, the 6th senses and envirionment.
Human values Integrated Instructional Model has several steps in the learning process. There are :

  1. Interaction with the environment, the student will accept the stimulus from the environment and it saves in the conscious mind. And then, the student have to learn how to manage their five senses to use it in the learning process.
  2. Interpretation, to understand the stimulus which has accepted from the environment, the student must to decoding or interpreting the meaning of the stimulus.
  3. Understanding, the awareness take place in the conscious mind, when the signals of decoding was accepted by the conscious ming and produced the understanding.
  4. Reinforcement, everything which was understood in the conscious mind and was resaved in the sub conscious mind and then would be happened the reinforcement for the data which has saved in the sub conscious mind.
  5. Modification of understanding through the sixth sense, the conscious mind can accept the informations through the sixth sense. But the sixth sense can detected the speaker and probably which will be contradiction with the words would be spoken.
  6. Modification of understanding-discrimination, the conscious mind han an ability to think critically and to do discrimination. So, before the students will ask something, they will asking questions as is the action will be good for me? Or is the action will be good for all?
  7. Intuition and conscience-the super conscious mind, the student can imoprove your conscious mind by praying and silent siting to connect them with their super conscious mind.

Then the suoer conscious mind will give the knowledge and wisdom through the intuition or the clear mind. Instuition is in the thinking process. In this step, the students as the teachers for themselves. This was the highest learning form. The study happened more than by books, internet, teachers, or the other knowledge source.

The important one for this concept is, how to integrate the human values with the lessons and learning process. As a teacher, you have to enclose the human values when you teach and also in the lesson matter.
