Some understanding of a way to close the gap between the two

Effective feedback is to be able to give guidance to each student about how to make improvements. Black and William insisted that every student should be given support and opportunities to make improvements. Teachers not only provide feedback that reflects the performance associated with student learning goals, but also must be able to provide strategies and tips on more effective ways to achieve the goal, and the opportunity to apply the feedback they receive.
Wiggins believes that through this feedback cycle can result in student performance excellence. Therefore, students should always have regular access to the criteria and standards that the task must be finished, they also have to get feedback in an effort to complete their tasks, they should have the opportunity to use feedback to improve the working and re-evaluate the standards.
