“Smile now” make you healthy


senyum“Try this at home” this simple sentence tell us that the benefit of smiling is make our body felt better than before. When your body get sickness, you feel that you are in a big trouble helthy. You need some medicine to treat your disease according to what you felt. But everything is possible, when you meet someone that can make you smile, like someone who loved you, you will smiling at him/her. So you will feel better and forget all your diseases. Not only when you in trouble of your healthy, but also when you keep your smile to everybody, you will you always happy and you felt that all people loved you. That can be make you health because your psicology side that you felt always fine. The disease not only come from the bacterial but also effected from the bad psychological condition, like shocked. There is no people felt as stressed when they are smiling.

Here are, I will tell you about smile. What is a smile? a smile is a facial expression formed by flexing those muscles most notably near both ends of the mouth. The smile can also be found around the eyes. Among humans, it is customarily an expression denoting pleasure, happiness, or amusement, but can also be an involuntary expression of anxiety, in which case it is known as a grimace. In the other cultural studies have shown that smiling is used as a means of communicating emotions throughout the world. Happiness is most often the motivating cause of a smile. In study kinesics view the smile as the reflected our appearances. It can communicate our feelings such as love, happiness, pride, contempt, and embarrassment.

Why when smile make us helthy? In one, researchers found that simply inducing people to place the muscles of their face in the pattern of a given emotional expression elicited that feeling. In the other, researchers showed that facial expressions affected the temperature of blood flowing to the brain, providing a possible, although disputed, mechanism for regulating emotions.

To make sure, no one suggests that showing a happy face can make someone who is in morning more spirit. The effects of facial expression are seen as modest, though consequential. In lieu of any other strong feeling, the theory holds, a given expression can induce the mood it performed.

So, in a fact, when you always smiling to everybody, you will get better habit that make you avoid from the stressed, dizzy condition and also the smile will make your happness. And something must to do now, make your better life by smiling to express your happily.
