Behaviorism is one of the flow of psychology which believes that to study the behavior of individuals should be made to each individual activity can be observed, not on hypothetical events that occur within the individual. Therefore, the adherents of the flow of behaviorism balked aspects of consciousness or mentality in the individual. This view actually has long since Ancient Greek times, when psychology was considered part of the study of philosophy. But the birth of the psychology of behaviorism as a formal flow preceded by JB Watson in 1913 who considered psychology as part of the experimental sciences and nature objective, therefore psychology must use empirical methods, such as: observation, conditioning, testing, and verbal reports.
Watson’s main theory of the concept of stimulus and response (SR) in psychology. The stimulus object is anything that comes from the environment. While the response is all the activity in response to stimuli, ranging from a simple level to high level. Watson does not believe in hereditary elements (descendants) as a determinant of human behavior and the behavior is the result of learning that the environment is very important element. Thought Watson became the basis for the adherents of the next behaviorism.

theories developed by the group generated a lot of behaviorism primarily through various experiments on animals. Here are some important theories.
