Effective feedback is to be able to give guidance to each student about how to make improvements. Black and William insisted that every student should be given support and opportunities to make improvements. Teachers not only provide feedback that reflects the performance associated with student learning goals, but also must be able to provide strategies and tips on more effective ways to achieve the goal, and the opportunity to apply the feedback they receive.
Feedback is a process in which the class has been the main attraction for researchers learning practices since the 1970s until now. Consistently, researchers have found evidence that when teachers are able to use the feedback procedures were effective to enhance students’ learning achievement.
