Tips Preventing Heart Disease

To be protected from coronary heart disease, you can do the following things:

Healthy Diet
Avoid foods that contain lots of fat or high cholesterol. Seafood has a high cholesterol content which may harm the heart. Reduce eating fried foods that contain lots of fat, otherwise the food can be processed in a way boiled, steamed or baked.

Wherever possible, the food products we eat low-fat or no fat. Choose milk, cheese, butter or other foods low in fat. Fry using olive oil has a little fat so that it can be the choice when to process food by frying.
